  11. Define and describe reasonable patient standard of informed consent versus the professional community standard of informed consent.
  12. Learn Dr. Taylor's techniques and tips regarding the examination phase, the injection phase, the operative phase, nitrous oxide, and parental involvement.
  13. Define and describe the four plateaus of nitrous oxide analgesia.
  14. Define and describe other aspects of the dental environment related to behavior management, such as age of the patient, the dentist's personality, maternal anxiety, the patient's past medical history, and the patient's awareness of problems.
