Dr. Frank Ayers, Associate Dean for Student AffairsDr. Ayers, Associate Professor of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, started teaching at the School of Dentistry in 1972, became Director of Admissions for our school in 1986, and was named Associate Dean for Student Affairs in 1991. Dr. Ayers is known for his friendly, mid-western demeanor with students, staff, and faculty. Dr. Ayers originally hails from New York (and is still a huge Yankee fan) and is a 1969 graduate of the Creighton School of Dentistry. Dr. Ayers will give you some insight on his feeling about Creighton and what it means to him.
"The Creighton University School of Dentistry offers an excellent clinical education and graduates broadly competient general dentists who are able to provide, without referral, most of the oral needs of their patients. At the same time, many of our alumni are accepted to, and successfully complete, graduate training in all the specialties at some of the top programs in the country." "As one of the least expensive private dental schools in the nation combined
with the affordability and livability of the city of Omaha, the School of Dentistry is a
national resource and an institution that all qualified applicants should consider. The
most important advice I can provide to those considering Creighton is to complete their
applications as early as possible." Frank J. Ayers, D.D.S.
