Becoming a Patient
Simply call 280-5990. When you register, you will
be asked to complete personal information for billing purposes and a
medical/dental history. A parent or legal guardian must accompany
pediatric patients.

Parking
Free parking is available for our patients. The
lot is located just west of the dental school off of 30th street.
The turn from 30th street is located between St. Joseph Hospital and our
school; the parking lot is the first left turn.
This campus
map will help you with the location. The dental school is
labelled as "2" and the parking lot is labelled as
"V".
