See the Adult ClinicThe adult clinic is composed of approximately 130 dental chairs, units, and lights, almost all of which are new within the past five years. The Surgery, Radiology, and Acute Care clinics are located in separate areas to create the most private situation possible for these patients. The remainder of the departments share one large clinic that has short partitions that still gives the patient privacy, but creates several very significant advantages. Inter-departmental consultations are much easier for the student and patient, it is very easy for faculty from different departments to interact on the clinic floor, and use of dental auxiliary personnel is very flexible and economical. We feel that this arrangement has created a very healthy working environment for our students, staff, and faculty, and allows improved convenience and care for our patients. This is our patient reception area. Our front desk staff say "Welcome" to approximately 70,000 patients per year.
