Nager Syndrome (Acrofacial dysostosis) with dental defects; other major findings include
malar hypoplasia, antimongoloid obliquitiy of palpebral fissures, absen eyelashes, cleft
palate, defective hearing, micrognathia, missing or hypoplastic thubs or metacarpals,
syndactyly.
A home fluoride mouthrinse can be very helpful in children with high interproximal caries
experience.
